Go Nuts


Put 250ml maple syrup and 4 tbsp brandy in a pot and heat gently for 3 minutes. Pour in 300g mixed shelled nuts and just warm through for 5 minutes. Fill into a large clean jar, seal and store in a cool place for up to 2 months.
Use with crumbles, ice cream, waffles, yoghurt, desserts, etc.
